IIT Roorkee Alumni Association — Noida Chapter
These Terms govern use of the Noida Chapter website and membership services. They summarize practices aligned with the chapter’s Rules of Association. The complete rule book remains the governing document: /docs/rules-of-association.pdf.
1. Eligibility
Access to member features (full directory contacts, professional gallery, story submission dashboard) is limited to individuals listed on the official chapter membership roster and verified by OTP.
2. Membership options & fees
The chapter offers four membership options with published fees:
- Yearly Membership — ₹1,100/- per year — annual membership, renewable each year.
- Life Time Membership (Basic) — ₹2,000/- — essential lifetime membership.
- Life Time Membership (Premium with benefits) — ₹7,500/-* — lifetime membership with enhanced benefits as notified by the chapter.
- Patron membership — ₹1,00,000/-** — distinguished patronage supporting chapter programmes and mentoring.
- Membership fees are payable by BHIM UPI (scan QR / UPI ID 119665803001520@cnrb) or bank transfer to:

After payment, submit the UTR / UPI reference on the claim membership page for executive verification. Roster updates follow successful verification.

3. Membership verification
- You must claim membership using an email or mobile number that matches the shared roster.
- If you are not found, contact an executive or complete fee + UTR submission so you can be added to the roster.
- Completing your profile (missing degree, year, address, professional details, and portrait) helps the chapter serve all participants.
4. Acceptable use
Members agree to:
- Provide accurate information and keep contact details current.
- Respect the privacy of other members; do not scrape, export, or misuse directory or gallery data.
- Submit success stories and photos in good faith; executives may moderate or decline content.
- Conduct themselves consistently with the Association’s rules on membership, conduct, and chapter activities.
5. Content and intellectual property
- The IIT Roorkee name and logo are used for chapter identification with respect to institutional guidelines.
- Stories and photos you submit may be published on the site after moderation.
- Exclusive professional gallery assets are licensed for viewing by verified members only and may not be redistributed publicly without chapter permission.
6. Limitation of services
The website is provided to facilitate connection among chapter members. Event details, stories, and directory information may change; the chapter is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of directory listings. Fee verification may take time after UTR submission.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. For authoritative governance, refer always to the Rules of Association PDF.
